Only defective or damaged products could be returned for exchange or refund. Shipping Charges for Return Items:

Shipping Duration for Return Items:
Return items must be received within 14 business days of the RA number (Return Authorization Number) being issued. Items received after 14 business days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
Restocking fee about refund:

How to Return/Exchange an Item
