For pursuing customers’ 100% full satisfaction, evespring.com emphasizes not only the quality of products but also for after-sale service. Each product will be inspected cautiously prior before sending out. But in case you found defective problems on the products after you received, evespring.com allow most items be exchanged or returned within 14 business days from the date of shipment.
Only products which were damaged or defective can be returned to evespring.com. Products that are not fit are not returnable. Please choose the size and color carefully before you buying.
Return Order Condition:
Only defective or damaged products could be returned for exchange or refund. The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
Items Not Returnable:
For hygiene reasons, evespring.com do not accept exchange or return of panties, stockings, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items,and used sex toys.
Shipping Charges for Return Items:
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items. Ship the package back to evespring.com with whatever shipping method you prefer. We strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as evespring.com is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail stream. It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to evespring.com.at the same time, evespring.com will guarantee safe shipping to you.
Shipping Duration for Return Items:
Return items must be received within 14 business days of the RA number (Return Authorization Number) being issued. Items received after 14 business days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
Restocking fee about refund:
All returns for refund are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the price of the returned item(s), also be used to over shipping and handling expense. If the customer selects to receive a store credit, the restocking fee will be reduced to 15%. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Credits will be issued within 2 days of receipt of item, the amount will arrive your card in about 15 business days due to international refund is slowly. (If you paid by PayPal, we will refund by PayPal, you do not need to wait extra 15 business days )
How to Return/Exchange an Item
Please follow the processes below:
1, If you find there is a problem with the order, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange.
2, You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in the questionnaire.
3, You will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA#) via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA.
4, Print the questionnaire form and place it inside the package along with the item(s) being returned or exchanged. If you are unable to print the questionnaire form, please hand write the information that is on your screen on to a piece of paper. Be sure to include your RA number. If no questionnaires form with the RA# is visible on the Outside of the package, Sensedress.com will not accept the package and it will be returned to the customer at the customers’ expense.
5, Ship back the items to the indicated return address on the questionnaire form, do not return directly to the address on the package you received.Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
